When should I book my bridal makeup?

We recommend booking 4-6 months before your wedding date for popular wedding dates (May-September). For winter weddings, 2-3 months is usually enough. Once booked, we schedule the trial 2-3 weeks before the wedding.

Do you do a makeup trial before the wedding?

Yes, always. The trial happens 2-3 weeks before the wedding. We test colors, products, and finish in your normal lighting. You can take photos to compare. After the trial, you have time to think and request adjustments before the actual day.

What does the bridal makeup trial include?

Full makeup application (60-90 minutes), photo documentation, discussion of timing for the wedding day, product compatibility check with your skin, and detailed notes for the wedding day. Trial fee is 200 zł, deducted from final bridal package price.

Will my makeup last 12+ hours?

Yes, that's the whole point of bridal makeup. We use long-wear, photo-friendly products designed for 12-16 hour wear. Includes setting spray, smudge-proof base, and waterproof mascara/liner. You'll get a small touch-up kit for the day.

Can you accommodate sensitive skin or allergies?

Yes. Tell us in advance about any allergies (latex, certain pigments, fragrance). We have hypoallergenic alternative products. For sensitive skin, we test on the trial day first. If you have any specific skin condition (rosacea, eczema), let us know during consultation.

Do you do makeup for bridesmaids and mothers?

Yes. Bridesmaids: 200 zł each. Mother of bride/groom: 250 zł. We can do up to 4-5 people on the wedding morning if scheduled in advance. Group bookings get a 10% discount on bridesmaid prices.

Do you travel to the wedding venue?

Yes, for an additional fee (depends on location). Within Warsaw: +150 zł. Within 50 km of Warsaw: +300 zł. Further: individual quote. For weddings outside the city, we recommend the makeup is done at PLACE salon and then the bride travels to the venue (more time-efficient).

What style of bridal makeup do you specialize in?

The bridal makeup process — step by step

Step 1: Consultation (free, optional)

Before booking, you can come in for a 15-minute free consultation. We discuss:

Your wedding date, time, and venue
Your dress style and color
Your usual makeup style (or lack thereof)

After the consultation, you can think about it. No pressure to book on the spot.

Step 2: Booking

To secure your wedding date, we require a 30% deposit. The remaining 70% is due on the wedding day or 7 days before (your choice).

Popular wedding dates (especially Saturdays in May-September) book out 4-6 months in advance. Winter weddings have more flexibility.

Step 3: Makeup trial (2-3 weeks before wedding)

This is the most important step. We test:

Foundation match (under natural and artificial light)
Eye look (intensity, color palette)
Lip color and texture (matte, glossy, satin)
Lash style (natural, dramatic, individual lashes vs strips)
Overall style coherence with your dress

We photograph the trial so you can:

See yourself in your normal lighting

Step 4: Wedding morning
