Bridal services and prices
We publish our prices upfront, no “individual quote” that depends on your perceived budget.
| Service | Price | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Wedding makeup | 500 zł | 1h 30min |
| Wedding package: makeup + hair styling | 700 zł | 3h |
| Makeup trial (separate appointment) | 300 zł | 1h 30min |
| Trial: wedding package makeup + hair | 500 zł | 3h |
| Day makeup | 300 zł | 1h |
| Evening / occasion makeup | 450 zł | 1h 30min |
| Evening package: makeup + hair | 600 zł | 2h 30min |
For comparison, bridal makeup in Warsaw generally runs from 350 zł to 900 zł. The spread has less to do with the makeup itself than with what is included, and who is applying it.
Note: the trial is a separate paid appointment, not something bundled into the wedding-day price. When budgeting, count the wedding makeup and the trial as two items.
Makeup only, or the package with hair?
This is the first decision to make.
Wedding makeup alone (500 zł) makes sense if you already have a hairstylist you trust, or you are planning a simple style you will do yourself.
The wedding package (700 zł, 3 hours) covers makeup and hair styling in one appointment. The main advantage is not the price, it is logistics. You are not moving between two locations on the wedding morning, and nobody has to coordinate whether the hairstylist finishes in time for the makeup artist. One start time, one chair, three hours.
Plan the timing backwards. If the ceremony is at 3 pm and you want a buffer for getting dressed and for “getting ready” photos, we would normally start the appointment around 10-11 am.
Why the trial matters
The trial is the most commonly skipped and most underrated part of bridal makeup. Without it, every decision about colour and intensity gets made on the wedding morning, the one moment when there is no time to change anything.
During the trial we check four things that cannot be predicted in theory:
How the products behave on your skin. Oily, dry, sensitive and reactive skin all take the same foundation differently. A few hours after application you can see whether it holds the way it should.
How the makeup looks in daylight. A look that works in the salon mirror can read as too heavy, or as invisible, in full sun. It is worth stepping outside after the trial and taking a few photos on your phone.
How it photographs. This is a separate question from how it looks in person. Flash can flatten features and light up highlighters or mineral-filter powders. Photos from the trial are the best test you have.
Whether you actually feel like yourself. The most common adjustment after a trial is not technical, it is intensity. Plenty of brides ask for something softer once they see the result, and plenty ask for a stronger eye.
We schedule the trial as a separate appointment about a month before the wedding (makeup trial 300 zł, or 500 zł as a trial of the package with hair) and keep written notes on the products, colours and sequence, so the look can be reproduced on the day without guesswork.
When to book
Bridal makeup behaves differently from the rest of our services. Clients book a manicure or a lash lift a few days ahead and that is genuinely fine. A wedding date is fixed and cannot be moved, so the logic reverses.
| Wedding date | Book by |
|---|---|
| May-September, Saturday | 2-3 months ahead |
| May-September, weekday | 1-2 months ahead |
| October-April | 1-2 months ahead |
| Trial appointment | about a month before the wedding |
June and August Saturdays fill up fastest. If you are also considering permanent brow makeup, the lead time is longer, see the schedule below.
Beauty schedule before the wedding
The most common mistake is doing everything in the same week. Some treatments need time to heal; others look their best only after a few days. This is the order we recommend:
| Timing before the wedding | Treatment | Why then |
|---|---|---|
| 2-3 months | Permanent brow makeup | Needs healing time plus a touch-up 4-6 weeks later |
| about a month | Makeup trial (separate appointment, 300 zł / 500 zł with hair) | Leaves room for adjustments |
| 1-2 weeks | Korean lash lift, brow lamination and tinting | Effect has settled but is still fresh |
| 2-5 days | Gel manicure, pedicure | Lasts 2-4 weeks, so no rush |
| Wedding day | Wedding makeup (and hair, in the package) | - |
Two notes from experience. Do not schedule permanent brow makeup a month before the wedding, the pigment shifts shade over the first few weeks and the touch-up falls 4-6 weeks after the initial session. With less than two months to go, brow lamination and tinting is the better choice.
Do not have a lash lift the day before, either. Freshly done lashes can sit very rigidly and need a few days to settle. One to two weeks ahead is ideal, and the 6-8 week durability comfortably covers the wedding and the honeymoon.
Styles we work with
Natural-glam, “you, but elevated”. Skin still reads as skin, subtle eye definition, soft lip. The most popular choice, and the safest for photo-heavy weddings.
Classic romantic, soft pink and peach palette, defined eyes with a little shimmer. Suits spring and summer weddings and garden venues.
Modern editorial, stronger eye definition, smokey or winged liner, muted lip. For urban venues and evening weddings, and for brides who would rather look memorable than traditional.
Soft natural, minimal makeup with the focus on glow, just enhanced features. Suits boho and outdoor weddings.
We do not push trends. If you say “I want to look like myself, just holding up for twelve hours of photographs”, that is what we aim for.
Common questions from international brides
”Will I look too made up in the photos?”
Heavy makeup belongs to film and theatre, wedding photography needs balance. At the trial we check the result in three conditions: daylight at the salon, a flash photo (which imitates the photographer), and a photo on your own phone. If anything reads as too heavy, we adjust before the wedding day.
”Polish bridal makeup looks heavier than what I’m used to”
This is a fair observation and something international brides raise regularly. Polish bridal styling does tend towards more contour and a more dramatic eye. We can work that way if you want it, but we will not default to it, tell us the reference points you have in mind and we will match them.
”I’m worried about the foundation match”
We test two to three foundation options at the trial before settling on a match, in both natural and artificial light. If you have a foundation you already trust, bring it, we are happy to work with it.
”I wear glasses on the day”
Not a problem. Frame shape and lens strength change how the eye area reads, so we adapt the eye makeup accordingly and check it with your actual glasses at the trial.
